For touring and camping pitches, check-in is 12 midday and check-out is 10am.

Our accommodation check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am.

Wi-fi is free of charge in Amelia’s Pantry and the leisure complex. It is chargeable elsewhere on the site, prices can be found here.

The fishing lakes are for residents of Cofton Holidays only.

Mirror Carp, Common Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd, Bream and Eels.

The Indoor Pool is open everyday from 8am until 8pm, with early morning (7am – 8am) and late evening (8pm – 9pm) adult-only swims on Monday, Thursday and Fridays.
It is open to non-residents throughout the year.

If you are a resident staying on holiday at Cofton, there is a charge to use the indoor pool:

Adults – £4.00
Children – £3.00
Under 2 – Free

Guests staying in our luxury lodges, cottages, apartments and Fernworthy Holiday Homes get complimentary access to the indoor pool.

Grass pitches cannot be reserved and are allocated on arrival when you check in.

We are a dog-friendly holiday park, and certain accommodation is suitable for dogs. At certain times of the year dogs are chargeable. They must be kept on a lead at all times except when exercising in our designated dog exercise field.

We host children’s parties for a minimum of 6 children. The cost for a swim and food is £9.50 per child. To enquire about availability please call 01626 890111.

All holiday balances need to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date.

We have Annual pitches at Cofton, running yearly from March to March. Please call our reception team on 01626 890111 for prices and availability.

We’re a 10 minute drive from Dawlish Warren’s Blue Flag Beach, or if you’re feeling adventurous – take a 30 minute walk through our private woodland.

The number 2 Stagecoach service stops directly outside the park entrance and runs directly from Exeter City Centre in one direction to Torquay and Paignton in the other, with some changes required.

Electricity is no longer included on our super pitches, hardstanding pitches and RV pitches and is charged separately at 30p per KWh. The cost of electricity is still included in our grass pitches.

If you would like an electric supply on your pitch during your holiday, you must sign up and register a Meter Macs account prior to arrival with us by following the steps below.

Step Three: Select the provider – Cofton Holiday Park
Step Four: Complete the sign-up form, create a password and accept the Terms and Conditions – You must use the same email address that is on your booking.
Step Five: Top up your account prior to arrival.

The credit can be left on your account ready to use when you stay with us again in the future. Alternatively, you can refund what is left directly from your account with the simple click of a button.

If you forget any of your travel essentials do not fear, our onsite shop stocks everything from groceries through to camping essentials.

If you can’t get all you need in the shop, there is a large Sainsburys store just minutes down the road.

No. Due to health and safety reasons, camp fires and firepits are not permitted anywhere on the park.

Due to safety concerns and to help keep all of our guests and visitors safe, the use of electric scooters and hoverboards will no longer be permitted anywhere on the park. Bicycles and manual scooters are still allowed on the park but we ask that riders please travel around the park safely, following the road rules in place, and look for other guests and vehicles.

We’re just minutes from Dawlish Warren’s award winning Blue Flag beach either via a short drive or a walk through our private woods.
