We’ve been welcoming families to our patch for over 40 years now, and we think we know a thing or two about making holidays extra special.
We’ve grown up and then raised our own kids up in this inspiring part of the world, and perhaps that’s what gives it such a cosy, home from home feel… despite being part of an 80 acre site.

The Exe Estuary Cycle Trail and South West Coastal Path which pass within a mile of the park only scratch the surface of the miles of countryside and coastline which are waiting to be explored in this area of outstanding natural beauty. From waterfalls and wildlife trusts to farmer’s markets, Forestry Commission country parks and days out in Dawlish, you’re never far from your next adventure in South Devon.

Cofton is ideally situated to allow you plenty of time for exploring Devon, and trust us – you’ll need it! With so many attractions to enjoy from theme parks and zoos, museums and National Trust houses, to country parks and beaches, there’s always a great day out in Devon for the whole family.
The windswept and iconic landscape of Dartmoor is a must-see! Shaped by years of tectonic plate collision, this rugged and expansive area is a haven for outdoor explorers and nature lovers. With trails winding through Bronze Age Stone Circles, Neolithic tombs and medieval farmhouses, you’ll never have enough time to fully explore this natural wonder.
We’re just 12 miles from the medieval Cathedral city of Exeter. Easily accessible by road, rail and bike, you’ll be able to shop till you drop, enjoy the amazing bars and restaurants or just take in all the history.
Torbay and the iconic English Rivera is a short drive away. Home to the vibrant waterfront of Torquay harbour, the historic fishing port of Brixham and the sandy beaches and amusement pier of Paignton.
