Whether you’re a ‘fitness first timer’ or an ‘exercise expert’ the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of Ashburn Springs is the ideal place to keep you motivated and successful on your fitness journey.

Our motivational and inspirational instructors are loved by our members, and are always on hand throughout your unlimited gym access – be that for friendly advice or tailored programming. You may be a competitive sportsperson or simply trying to become more active – we treat you all as athletes, giving you the bespoke support and confidence that you deserve, allowing you to fulfil your potential.

You don’t have to be a member to use the Facilities at Cofton, but if you plan to use us regularly we have some great options below.

No contract ‘Pay As You Go’ monthly packages also now available: Silver £45.00, Gold – Swim & Gym £50.00, Gold – Swim & Class £54 & Platinum £64.00. The ‘Pay As You Go’ monthly package gives you the same benefits as the contract memberships (except for Food & Drink discount) but without the commitment of a monthly direct debit payment. You’ll receive one month of gym usage from your payment date, meaning you get use of our excellent gym facilities from as little as £1.66 per day! For ‘Pay as you go’ memberships please speak to one of the team.
Concessions: A 10% discount on our yearly memberships are available if you are over 60 years of age. Please speak to a member of our team for more details.
