The private outdoor decking area is equipped with a hot tub and there are tables and chairs with a parasol so you can eat outside. you can truly make the most of the stunning surroundings.

Our Meldon Holiday Home sleeps up to 6 people with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a pull out double bed in the lounge area.

Available for Short Breaks, Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.

The Mardle holiday home is a contemporary addition to our caravans in Devon and is ideally suited to six people. Soft duvets and pillows are included, and the beds will be made up for your arrival, but don't forget your pool towels!

There are 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Enjoy our exclusive Woodside Cottages with the added comfort of your own private hot tub, perfectly situated for you to enjoy both coast and country for a secluded break.

The Linney Cottage, sleeps 4 with one super king bedroom and one twin bedroom.

Woodside Cottage, sleeps 6 with one super king bedroom, one bedroom with a double and single bed and one single bedroom on the ground floor.

Estuary View, Sleeps 4 with one super king bedroom and one double bedroom on the ground floor.

£30 per dog for short breaks and £50 per dog per weekly stay

The Tamar 4-6 berth caravan can sleep up to 6 but ideally suited for 4 people.

Double bedroom with en-suite toilet & wash basin, very spacious with room for a travel cot. Twin bedroom with single bunk sized beds, one bed will stow away underneath the other to make room for a travel cot. Additional sleeping in the lounge area is provided with a pull out bed.

Enjoy Bluetooth sound system in the lounge, along with full gas central heating and an electric fire.

Double glazed windows throughout for you added comfort. Caravan size 36' x 12'.

Arrivals on Fridays and Mondays, available for short breaks or weekly stays

This two bedroom holiday home is accessible and perfect for wheelchair friendly holidays, comfortably sleeping up to four people. Beds will be made up with soft duvets, pillows and bed linen for your arrival.

The double bedroom has a king size bed which can be one large bed or two single beds and there is a portable helper frame to assist movement to a seated position.

There is also a twin bedroom with bunk sized beds.

The holiday home has wide-access sliding doors, a wide-access kitchen with sink and hob, and a wet room with a shower and shower seat, toilet and basin.

There is full gas central heating, plus an electric fire in the lounge area and double glazing throughout.

A private parking space is located just outside.

This wheelchair friendly holiday home is 38’ x 12’.

Exe View Apartment is a ground floor, two bedroom apartment which can comfortably sleep up to four people across 2 bedrooms. There is 1 kingsize double and 1 twin bedroom.

Meadowside is a ground floor two bedroom apartment which can comfortably sleep up to four people, with 1 king-size double and 1 twin bedroom.

Warren View apartment is a two bedroom apartment on the first floor, Comfortably sleeping up to four people, with one superking bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower over bath.

Bluewaters is a first floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with a superking double and two twin bedrooms.

Parklands is a three bedrooms and sleeping up to six people. Parklands apartment is the former servants’ quarters, making for an interesting apartment spread over two floors.
