Tucked away in the grounds of Cofford Estate, just a short distance from the main holiday park, this late Georgian grade 2 listed farmhouse is set over 3 floors and has been immaculately restored to offer the perfect blend of character, charm and modern luxury. With 6 bedrooms the farmhouse sleeps up to 12 people and there is also room to bring your furry four-legged family members with you. Complete with beautifully landscaped gardens and outdoor entertaining space you’ll also find a hot tub that is perfect for sitting back, relaxing and soaking up those countryside views.
All six bedrooms feature luxurious super king beds providing a cosy retreat with rural views. Each bed can be reconfigured as twin beds upon request and are dressed with deep mattresses and plump pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep
With a bubbling hot tub, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining and stunning countryside views, Cofford Farmhouse is perfect for large extended families and celebrating those big occasions.

Ground Floor:
As you pass through the grand entrance, you are welcomed into the hallway that leads to the large family kitchen and the heart of the house. The kitchen includes a range cooker with double oven, American fridge freezer, wine cooler and centre island. Off the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Through the double doors from the kitchen, you enter the dining room. Featuring a large dining table that comfortably seats 12 people, it’s the perfect space for gathering everyone together at meal times.
On the other side of the hallway is the main lounge. Complete with large luxury sofas seating up to 8 people you can relax and unwind in comfort after a day of exploring. For more intimate gatherings the snug offers a cosy spot to snuggle up to watch a movie or enjoy a games night.
There is also a downstairs WC, small shower room, and the choice of two staircases—front and rear—to access the upper floors.
First Floor:
Up the feature staircase to the first floor there are 4 large bedrooms, a family bathroom featuring a luxurious roll top bath as well as an additional shower room.
The two bedrooms to the front of the house both boast a super king bed with twin windows offering panoramic countryside views. With original feature fireplace the rooms retain their original character but have been updated with modern furnishings allowing you to rest in the lap of luxury.
The third and fourth bedrooms sit at the back of the house. Both are spacious and can be set up as one super king bed or 2 single beds.
Second Floor:
A quirky compact staircase leads up to the third floor to a snug lounge area. Complete with relaxed seating and a coffee table you’ll find a peaceful escape that’s perfect to relax with a good book and a cuppa under the natural lights of the Velux windows.
The fifth and sixth bedroom sit either side of the lounge area and can be set up as super king or twin rooms. Both have en-suite shower rooms with wash basin and toilet. Due to the narrow staircase leading to the top floor, these rooms are not suitable for young children and individuals with mobility needs.
Outside:
Double doors from the dining room open out on to the large patio where there is plenty of seating to take in the surroundings. There’s also a large table with benches for alfresco dining after you’ve grilled up a feast on the BBQ and an enclosed garden where dogs can safely play.
The 6 person hot tub offers the chance to relax in style and luxury as you soak in those Devon views.
