From the sun soaked balcony of Amelia’s for some al fresco dining to the charming character of our tradition Swan Pub, you’ll find all our delicious Devonshire treats. Amelia’s
Open all day, our award winning Amelia’s café serves a selection of great dishes from light lunchtime bites to a full a la carte menu using some of the best local ingredients. Or treat yourself to a barista coffee and indulge from our selection of delicious cakes and sweet treats as you watch the world go by from our terrace overlooking the outdoor pool.
Festive Gastro Menu
Whether you want turkey and all the trimmings followed by a traditional Christmas Pudding or succulent slow braised beef, our Festive Gastro menu is available all day everyday in Amelia’s ready for the festive season. Two courses for £22 or two courses for 2 people for £40
The Swan
Our traditional Dog friendly pub is the perfect place for a well earned pint of local ale or Devonshire cider. At the end of a walk or day exploring the Devon wilds, the Swan is the perfect retreat to relax and unwind. Tuck into some classic pub grub while your four legged friend gets refreshed with a bowl of doggy wine or beer as you settle in the ambient surroundings or our characterful pub.
Our Swan Snack menu is perfect if your looking for a nibble whilst sat soaking up the sun around the pool or on the patio.
Sunday Carvery
The Cofton Carvery is what Sundays are all about; crispy potatoes, freshly prepared veg and succulent locally sourced meats. And if you’ve still got room, why not take a look at one of indulgent desserts. Served every Sunday from 12pm – 4pm in the Warren Retreat. Table is booking is advised.
Afternoon Tea
Experience the joy of a traditional Devon Cream Tea or indulge in our Afternoon tea full of delicious homemade treats whilst soaking up the views from Amelia’s balcony. If you are celebrating a special occasion why not upgrade and add a glass of fizz to make it truly memorable.
Pizza Kitchen
If you’re looking to relax in your accommodation or back on your pitch, but feel feel that cooking is too much of a chore, our takeaway pizza kitchen has you covered. Located next to the Swan Pub, our pizza kitchen serves up a range of toppings on a 12″ base with homemade tomato and herb sauce, cheddar and mozzarella.

1. MC Kelly, Copplestone Farm. Catering butchers specialising in the wholesale of local meat and produce.
2. Dart Fresh, Topsham. Product range includes fruit & vegetables, dairy, charcuterie, dry goods.
3. Ryders Bakery, Kenn. Ryders Family bakery started in Dawlish, employing over 20 people.
4. Robert Cotton, Mamhead. Our most local supplier is the South Devon beef herd at Mamhead, slow reared cattle. We use every cut.
5.Kingfisher, Brixham. Supplying quality fresh fish and seafood to the catering industry in the South West.
6. R D Johns, Newton Abbot. A well established catering butchers who have served the South West for over 40 years.
7. Taw Valley Cheddar, North Tawton. Taw Valley Creamery have been producing their award-winning cheeses since 1974.
8. Cowlick Creamery, Dawlish. Using locally sourced organic cow’s milk, organic double cream and an abundance of carefully selected ingredients, we believe there are no boundaries to what flavours can be produced in our Devonshire creamery.
