Timings
Guests are welcome to arrive from 7.00pm, ready to take their seats at 7.30pm.
The bar and entertainment will finish at midnight, with carriages at 12.00am.
Table Arrangements
Tables will be allocated in advance by our restaurant manager, taking account of party sizes and final guest numbers.
If your group has made more than one booking and would like to sit together, please tell our events team as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, subject to the final table plan.
Menu Pre-Orders
The lead booker will receive a Microsoft Forms menu pre-order link to share with everyone in their party.
Each guest can use the link to submit their meal choices and dietary requirements. The booking contact is responsible for ensuring that all members of the party complete the form by the deadline provided.
Please make sure all food allergies and dietary requirements are declared on the pre-order form.
Booking and Payment
A £10 deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two weeks before the event.
Our events team will confirm the payment arrangements and menu pre-order deadline when your booking is accepted.
Stay the Night at Cofton
Make your Christmas party even easier by booking accommodation at Cofton.
Instead of arranging a late journey home, your group can stay in one of our holiday homes, lodges, cottages or apartments and enjoy a more relaxed end to the evening.
Accommodation is available at an additional cost and is subject to availability, so we recommend booking early—particularly for our Saturday Casino Nights. – Ask our events team about accommodation when making your party enquiry.
