Super Pitches (Serviced)

Our new hard-standing Super Pitches are located both towards the top of the park and close to the fishing lakes and include water and waste connections.

Hard Standing Pitches

The hard standing pitches are located mostly in the Oakfield with some also available in the Ten Acre.  In the Oakfield you can park your touring caravan or motorhome right next to the fishing lakes and have electric hook-up with plenty of space for your awning and car.

RV Pitches

Located in a spacious area with a private feel yet a short walk from the main park facilities, these pitches are designed especially for RVs. They are 10m wide and large enough to take long vehicles.

Standard Grass Pitches

Our standard grass pitches are suitable for tents, touring caravans, and motor-homes in the summer months. All our Grass pitches are level or terraced and individually marked out.

If, once you arrive, have parked up and set up your awning, you like to leave your motorhome or campervan on it’s pitch but worry how to get around, then a stay at Cofton has got you sorted. We may be set in 80 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, but with great transport links, cycle paths and walking routes close by, once you’re set up, you won’t need to touch the keys again until it’s time to go.

Getting Around

With a bus stop right on our door step, getting around couldn’t be easier. With regular services that stop right outside our main entrance going to Dawlish and beyond to Torbay in one direction, and the city of Exeter in the other, the very best of our corner of Devon is easily accessible by public transport.

Cycle Trails and Coastal Path

Cycle trails and the South West Coastal Path both pass within a mile of the park and are the perfect way to explore the beautiful surrounding of Cofton. From a leisurely peddle to full days ride, the traffic free Exe Estuary Cycle Trail which leads to Exeter and beyond is a great way to get around. Alternatively, if you’re looking to stretch your legs, the South West coast paths extends in both directions and offers up stunning views of the dramatic South Devon coastline.
