Lodges Help
Wifi – How to connect.
To use our WiFi you will need to login, you can connect upto 8 devices.
1. Connect to the Cofton_Cloud_Lodges network in your WiFi settings
2. A login page will appear (wait 10-30 seconds)
3. Enter your Lodge Number in the ‘Room’ box i.e. Lodge 01
4. Enter the lead surname on the booking in the ‘Surname’ box
5. Click continue
Fireplace
You can control the fireplace from the buttons under the front of the fire or download the app and use your smartphone.
Bluetooth Speaker
In order to use the bluetooth speaker, you need to download the app on you phone / tablet.
The app is called KB Sound Star, on the app you can tune to any available radio station on FM or DAB or stream music from your device.
You’ll need a 4 digit pin to connect, this is on the bottom right hand side of your TV.
Induction Hob
The induction hob is a great feature in any home, not everyone has used one of these so we have attached the user manual in case you are having a few issues.
Induction hobs do not get hot, the power is transfered into the cooking vessel, so there is no need to pre-heat the hob.
To use the hob simply press the on button, select which hob you want to use and use the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the power.
Coffee Pod Machine
Enjoy a cup of delicious barista quality coffee sat out on the deck or overlooking the stunning views.
Simply fill the Coffee machine with cold tap water, choose your coffee pod and put it into the drawer, and press start.

Washer / Dryer
If you need to wash your clothes during your visit, you will find an integrated washer/dryer in the entrance lobby.

Dishwasher
Regardless of the view from the kitchen window, who wants to be stood at the sink washing dishes on holiday?
Simply load up the dishwasher and let it do the hard work for you, leaving you more time to enjoy yourself.

BBQ’s
If you are in the mood for some alfresco dining flame grilled style but forgot to pack your BBQ, then don’t worry as we’ve got everything you need. Barbeques are available on request, simply ask at reception and a member of our team will deliver it to your lodge.
All BBQ’s require charcoal which is not provided but can be purchased from the shop, along with a selection of locally sourced goods and family favourites for you to get your sizzle on.
Due to fire safety procedures, BBQs must not be used on the decking or near to the lodge. Please light and use your BBQ either on the grass or hardstanding area next to your lodge. We ask that you please use the BBQ responsibly as you will be liable for any damaged caused to the decking or lodge and charged for the cost of repairs.
