We’ve compiled a handy list of the best Easter holiday activities and events taking place near to Cofton this weekend! Remember that the Cofton Crew will be hosting our very own Easter Egg hunt this Sunday – meet in the Warren Retreat for 10am!

Cadbury are holding 300 egg hunts across the UK and there 9 being held in Devon. We’ve selected some of the most local to Cofton!

The Easter Egg hunt costs £2.50 at each venue, although normal admission also applies.

Fancy a mini adventure? Babbacombe Model Village in Torquay have set up their own little Easter Egg Trail. There’s 20 eggs hidden around the teeny, tiny buildings of Babbacombe – can you find them and win yourself a chocolately treat?

Calling all brave explorers! Visit the only dinosaur exhibition in South Devon during the Easter holidays for a totally roaaarsome Dinosaur Easter Egg Hunt.

Pennywell Farm, Buckfastleigh (25.4 miles from Cofton by car, 30 minutes)

There’s much more than just an Easter egg hunt down at Pennywell – there’s family fun a plenty with animal activities for the whole of the Easter holidays. Meet the spring babies on the farm (chicks, ducklings, baby rabbits, goat kids, and lambs that can be bottle fed – and don’t forget the famous miniature piglets (piggy cuddles guaranteed).

There’s cracking entertainment every day, and on Friday 6th April there’ll be a country fair feel to the farm with displays from working dogs, hawks and ferrets – plus a whole host of fun activities. On Saturday, Sunday and Monday take part in Easter games and embark on the Easter trail! All included in the admission price!
