Swimming Pool

From family friendly swims and adult only sessions, our swimming pool is the perfect spot to enjoy a dip in Dawlish. Float away on luxurious bubble loungers, splash around with the kids in our toddler sessions or completely relax in the sauna or steam room.

Whether you want to dip your toes or swim lengths for health and fitness benefits, our indoor and outdoor pools are easily accessible, heated and inviting for all.

Cafe & Dining

Need to refuel after your workout or swim? Open all day, our award-winning Amelia’s café serves a selection of great dishes, from hearty breakfasts and light lunchtime bites to a full a la carte menu using some of the best local ingredients. Treat yourself to a barista coffee and indulge from our selection of delicious cakes and sweet treats as you watch the world go by from our terrace overlooking the outdoor pool.

And don’t forget about our carvery served every Sunday – with a choice of succulent meats and all the trimmings, its exactly how Sunday’s should be.

Dip & Dine

Our Dip & Dine offer offers you the chance to take a relaxing dip in the pool followed by a delicious meal next door in Amelia’s at amazing value. Perfect for a family day out or time to catch up with friends.

Sunday Carvery

The Cofton Carvery is what Sundays are all about; crispy potatoes, freshly prepared veg and succulent locally sourced meats. And if you’ve still got room, why not take a look at one of indulgent desserts. Served every Sunday from 12pm – 4pm in the Warren Retreat. Table is booking is advised.

Gym & Fitness Classes

Our gym is the ideal place for your workout—with a range of fitness equipment for toning, resistance training, and cardio.

Our large open plan, air-conditioned state of the art modern gym hosts a range of Technogym equipment to provide the complete body workout featuring a free weights zone and stretch area.

For workouts that are a bit more social we offer a full timetable of fitness classes taught by fully qualified instructors that are suitable for all abilities.

Kids Activities

There’s lots to keep the kids entertained. Race your bikes and scooters around our pump track, have a kickabout in our sports court or swing and slide around in our play parks.

For under 8’s there is our free soft play, so let the kids loose in our safe soft play area while you relax in our warm cosy surroundings – we’re open all day so come by anytime!

Perfect Parking

Our day visitor’s car park, located just beyond our outdoor pool, offers ample free parking. Just a short walk from our main complex the route is fully accessible via a ramped walkway that leads right up to the front door on busier days we have an overflow car park just a short walk on Cofton lane next to Cofton Church… follow the signs for parking when you arrive. 

Electric Car Charging in Dawlish

You’ll also find four electric car charging points in our day visitors’ car park so you can keep your electric vehicles topped up whilst you enjoy your day with us. We have two 7kW chargers and a rapid charger that delivers up to 75kW. To use our car charging points download the pod point app on your smartphone and follow the instructions. Our car chargers have a cost per kWh, and you’ll also need to bring your type 2 lead.
