Whether you’re a fan of the Fab Four, groovy Motown hits, or the birth of rock and roll, our 60s Weekend promises a retro trip down memory lane.
Expect incredible tribute bands that will transport you back to one of the most revolutionary decades in music history. Sing along to all your favourite tracks from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and The Supremes, and hit the dance floor with your best twist and shout moves. 60S WEEKEND HEADLINERS:
Liverpool Echoes
As a tribute to the groups and solo artists who ruled the airwaves in the 60s and 70s. They cover songs by The Beatles, The Searchers, Gerry and The Pacemakers, The Hollies, Herman’s Hermits, The Monkees, The Dave Clark Five and many more.
Vanity Fare
Performing their own hits from their forty nine year history including “Early in the Morning”, “Hitchin’ a Ride” and “I Live For The Sun” plus their own version of songs from bands who have influenced them along the way.
Swinging Blue Jeans
One of Britain’s goodtime bands, The Swinging Blue Jeans bring their energy and hits including “Hippy Hippy Shake”, “Good Golly Miss Molly” and “You’re No Good” to the Cofton stage.
70s Weekend: 4th – 7th October 2024
Get ready to groove your way through the ultimate 70s experience! Our 70s Weekend is all about the glitz, the glam, and the dance floor. Whether you’re a fan of glam rock, disco, or the smooth tunes of the singer-songwriters who defined the decade, we’ve got something for everyone.
This weekend will feature tribute bands performing hits from legends like ABBA, David Bowie, and the Bee Gees. So get your flares and platform shoes ready, because it’s time to boogie! Dance the night away to classics like “Stayin’ Alive,” “Dancing Queen,” and “Ziggy Stardust” as you celebrate the decade of disco balls and feathered hair.
