The Linney Cottage is a charming two bedroom cottage sleeping up to four people in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. This cottage is ground floor but note there are 2 steps to the bedrooms and bathroom. The bathroom has a corner shower, toilet and wash basin.
The fully-fitted kitchen, lounge and diner are open plan making sociable living space.
Beds made up for your arrival with Luxury Egyptian Cotton bedlinen and towels are provided.
Outside the property is a private patio area with table and chairs along with your luxury hot tub with breathtaking views of rural countryside.
Complimentary VIP passes for our indoor pool and gym are included with this cottage plus free WiFi.
Available for short breaks all year round on a Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday or for weekly bookings starting on a Monday or a Friday.
The Woodside Cottages are within the Eastdon Estate and have breath-taking views across classic Devon farmland. Approximately 2 miles from the main site, with extra privacy and plenty of space. Wonderful walks and cycle paths are right on your doorstep, leading to the main holiday park down to Dawlish Warren and the nature reserve.
Please note the hot tub could take up to 12 hours to reach temperature on your arrival day. The hot tub is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years old and you are not permitted to drink whilst using the hot tub.
