Super Pitches (Serviced)
Our hard-standing Super Pitches are a great choice for touring caravans and motorhomes, offering a practical and comfortable base for your holiday at Cofton in Dawlish, Devon.
Each Super Pitch includes water and waste connections, giving you the added convenience of having essential services directly on your pitch. They are ideal if you want a little more ease during your stay, whether you are visiting for a short break, a longer touring holiday or a relaxing escape near the South Devon coast.
Our Super Pitches are located in two areas of the park, with some positioned towards the top of Cofton and others close to the fishing lakes. This gives you the option to choose the setting that best suits your holiday, from easy access around the park to a peaceful spot near the water.
Super Pitches are suitable for motorhomes and touring caravans only and can be pre-booked, subject to availability. If you have a preferred area or pitch, please let our team know when booking and we’ll do our best to help.
Any pitch may be booked without electric hook-up and/or without water or drainage upon request.

Electricity on our Super Pitches, hardstanding pitches and RV pitches is charged separately to the pitch price. Electricity is managed through an app, which can be downloaded before your stay and activated by scanning the QR code when you arrive. Electricity is charged at 30p per kWh in line with Ofgem guidance.
Please note that commercial vehicles are not accepted on park. Any booking arriving with a commercial vehicle will be turned away on arrival.
