Eastdon Estate

A peaceful countryside setting right on the Exe Estuary Trail, with breathtaking sea and estuary views. Perfect for scenic walks, birdwatching, and cycling, yet only a short drive from Cofton’s main park and Dawlish Warren’s sandy Blue Flag beach.

Whether you’re staying on the main park or at Eastdon Estate, you’re never far from South Devon’s stunning coastline. The main park is just a 9-minute drive from Dawlish Warren’s Blue Flag Beach and Nature Reserve, while Eastdon Estate is even closer — only 6 minutes away. Dawlish Warren’s long stretch of golden sand is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and family days out, with scenic dunes and walking trails that connect directly to the estuary.

For coastal walks or cycling, the Exe Estuary Trail is right on the doorstep of the Eastdon cottages, offering breathtaking views across the water. Starting from the main park, the trail and coast are only a 2-minute drive (around 1 mile) away.
