Cofton Employee of the Month


As a Company we have decided to nominate employees each month from each Department for outstanding contribution to the business and celebrate their success. 

October Employee of the Month 

October’s nominations were for Pete Jackson our Gardener from the Grounds team and Josh Crispin Head Lifeguard from Leisure.

Congratulations to Pete Jackson nominated by Scott McAuley for keeping the flower beds looking pristine with beautiful flowers and planting across the park.

September Employee of the Month 

For September our nominees were Adam Williston – Bar Supervisor, Chloe Kemp and Lisa Kemp from Leisure, Lucy White – Reception Supervisor, Jazmine Bourne – Chef and Steph – Guest Services.

Lucy White was chosen unanimously as Employee of the Month for September.  A big congratulations to Lucy who was nominated by Director Helen Scott for providing much needed support over the last month not only for Reception but other Departments too.

Cofton’s Coronation Weekend Celebration
To celebrate the King’s coronation, we’re hosting a weekend of celebrations and entertainment to mark this historic event. With as lots of live entertainment and fun activities for all the family to enjoy, we’ll be serving up some delicious British themed food and drink for a royally good weekend.
