The Exe is a 3 bedroom, 6 berth holiday home with one double and two twin bedrooms and is a dog friendly caravan.
There is an open plan kitchen and lounge area perfect for family meals and gatherings with a gas fire in the lounge.
There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin as well as a separate toilet with basin.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made up for your arrival.
Up to two dogs are permitted in the Exe at an additional charge of £40 each per week (£25 each per short break). This dog friendly holiday home includes a pet mat, small pet blanket, stainless steel water and food bowls.
